BEWARE!!!! I took a very special bracelet in for a one link repair, build up, and link removal. The store promised to have fixed by Mother's day (I left it under my daughter's name Stryker as my Mothers day gift) They kept my bracket almost 2 months, calling every couple weeks to explain how the jeweler was having problems because the gold was so thin.
Each time, reassuring it would be fixed soon. When picking up my bracelet, nothing was built up, and no links had been removed. Yet the bracelet was longer because what used to be a hollow bracelet was now flat. The woman explained to me he closed the links so they would be more sturdy because "the gold was just melting" then ask if she should leave it in the bag because it was not an everyday wear bracelet (I had worn this bracelet for years NO problem) after 2 wears this is my precious bracelet.I decided today to go back and explain what they did and how unfair it was and Ashely talk down to me as if I was a child and had no respect for me. No customer service skills at all!! Even the day of pick up the woman who checked me out was snippy and rude, so when I asked for the owner, she stated she was on vacation. I DO NOT recommend, nor will I return. I understand "privately owned" but to take that to your head and treat and talk to a customer like they mean nothing and not care is unacceptable! It is by no means professional, let alone morally, okay. My bracelet was worth 1000 dollars, and it is going to cost my new jeweler almost that just to fix it because it is not just a piece of jewelry. It means something! It is one thing to mess up, but not making it right is where the problem lies.
